BASICS London has fifteen members, all of whom have been allocated Delta Alpha callsigns by London Ambulance Service Control. Several members live outside of the London area and respond on a sessional basis and to major incidents.

The membership come from various medical specialities including General Practice, Anaesthetics and Emergency Medicine.
